Board Members

The NHS Midlands and East Board is made up of the Chairman, Non-Executive Directors (NEDs), Chief Executive and Executive Directors. They meet around six times a year. All of our board meetings are held in public and anyone is welcome to attend.

The board is responsible for:

establishing values and standards for NHS Midlands and East
agreeing the strategy for the NHS in West Midlands, East Midlands and East of England
monitoring our performance against financial and other targets
ensuring that risk is well managed
