Our Cancer Drugs Fund (CDF) policy can be downloaded below along with the application for funding form and guidance on how to complete the form.

This policy is intended to outline the arrangements for the management of the CDF and help NHS West Midlands discharge its responsibilities through the West Midlands Strategic Commissioning Team (WMSCT) on behalf of the PCTs.

The policy applies to any patient for whom a West Midlands PCT is the Responsible Commissioner.
