 Smile Centre v. Birmingham East & North PCT

This case was considered by the NHSWM Competition Panel in September 2010. . The Board of NHS West Midlands met on 21st September and considered, in closed session, a recommendation from the Competition and Dispute Resolution Panel on a complaint by the Smile Centre against Birmingham East and North PCT. The matter was considered by the Board who: "RESOLVED that the recommendations of its Competition and Dispute Resolution Panel made in the matter of The Smile Centre v Birmingham East and North PCT dated 20th September 2010 be adopted as a decision of the SHA Board." The ajudication of the Panel is below.

Smile Centre v. Heart of Birmingham Teaching PCT
