   Not yet decided?

The aim is not to encourage NHS staff to agree to organ donation, the aim is to help NHS staff to make an informed decision. The importance of this is that if NHS staff have not made a personal decision about their wishes on organ donation, there is little chance they will feel comfortable and confident talking to patients, families and colleagues about the matter.
