Does your organisation consider talent management as part of its strategic business plan?
If the answer is no, did you know that your workforce makes up the majority of your organisational costs? Thinking about this further, it make business sense to ensure that you have the right talented workforce, in the right place and at the right time? Critically, that you also have joined-up processes that identify, develop, reward, position and retain your talented workforce so that they are best placed to meet your business needs?

Consider undertaking our Organisational ITM Self Assessment – are you ready?

Our Exciting Work Supporting Inclusive Talent Management
NHS Midlands and East Leadership Teams are currently working to develop a Definitive NHS Guide to implementing Inclusive Talent Management (ITM). Our vision is to create an evidence based ITM Implementation Guide, complete with talent management tools that are proven to work in NHS organisations, creating cultural change, rather than simply process change.

We aim to be emergent, rather than prescriptive. We are currently working in partnership with cohorts of NHS organisations across the Midlands and East region who are working with us to develop and refine our evidence based tools. We want to be assured that our end products are evidenced to work within the NHS.

As we progress our work, the evolutionary versions of our Inclusive Talent Management Guide and Tools can be found on our regional website here.
