> Who is this programme for?
This new programme is for senior leaders, managers and clinicians who have the potential to achieve and aspire to Director or equivalent roles in the next 1 - 2 years.

The innovative programme delivery will comprise of a launch event, Leadership forums (5 days) virtual action learning, webinars, E-learning, access to coaching/mentoring and a Leadership summit to conclude the programme in March 2013.

This programme is fully funded. (However individuals/employers are responsible for their own travel and subsistence as necessary).     

A cohort approach will be delivered across NHS Midlands and East, with opportunities to network with peers. Programme participants will also complete a work based challenge and two written assignments to integrate theory and practice. 

The programme is designed and delivered by Ashridge Consulting working in partnership with the RCGP and Unipart Expert Practices.

Please discuss this opportunity with your Director, as all applications will require Director level endorsement and sponsorship.

The application form and sponsor assessment forms are attached to download. Please ask your sponsor to complete and submit this.

It is the responsibility of applicants to ensure that both forms are returned by the closing date.

The closing date for receipt of applications is 9am Monday 13th August.  Applications will not be able to be processed after this date. Application forms must be returned to the Ashridge email address on forms.
