This section provides workforce information, support and resources for our local NHS, Higher Education and partnership organisations and our healthcare staff.

We have developed this section to explain why workforce development is so crucial and what we are doing across the region to improve it.

Our role is to support the education and development of all healthcare professionals, commission and quality assure education; including developing innovative new models of delivery, build education, training and development capacity and capability and lead on educational research.
